Monjurul M. Quader is the Director of Operations & Marketing of SQ Group Of Companies. He is responsible for overall Operations of Local & Global Marketing of the group. He works closely with other Board of Directors and all functional leaders to provide leadership, develop & implement visions of Corporate Operation.
Involving with all business functions, he adheres to proven operating principles & business processes to ensure safety, quality and quantity of products to commensurate with market demands, thus delivering maximum operational efficiency & profitability.
Monjurul Quader is also responsible for planning, developing and implementing Organizational marketing strategies, marketing promotions & communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. He oversees the operation of all sales & distributions networks ensuring timely deliveries of products to our valued client.
